So we have arrived...or something like that

So it has been a bit since our last post but it took a while to get the Internet up and running. WE ARE HERE!!! We left Wednesday morning and drove to North Platte, Nebraska. Let me tell you there is nothing to see between SLC and North Platte. Pretty boring if you ask me. It was how ever the nicest hotel we stayed in. This was the first time we traveled with Diesel anywhere. He did a really good job for staying in a hotel and with how much we were driving. The next day we were driving on to St. Louis so we decided to make a small detour that ended up taking a very long time to Nauvoo. Andrew has never been there before so we decided why not! It was so pretty and it just has this amazing peacefulness there. We saw the Temple (which is gorgeous) and the drove around Old Nauvoo for a bit. We went down Parley Street to the edge of the Mississippi. There is something about seeing that massive river that just gives you chills. It was getting dark so we stopped and watched the fire flies (They are the coolest bugs ever!)

It is so amazing to be in a place where the Prophet Joseph Smith once walked. Even though it took a little longer that expected to get there it was so worth it. The next Day we drove from St. Louis to Marietta, GA. The drive through Tennessee was incredibly beautiful. We stopped for lunch in Nashville and took a tour of the Grand Ol' Opry. It was very cool to see how all the back stage stuff worked. On the border of Tennessee and Georgia there was this tiny town called Jasper and it was so pretty. If they had more than a firework stand I would consider living there it was so beautiful.

On the last day we drove the 8 hours to Orlando and to our new home. The Elders Quorum and the missionaries were there to help unload the truck and they had it done in record time! (about an hour) Thanks Guys!!! Now it was time to rest and relax and go the the beach and get a little Mickey action as well. I honestly want to thank any and all of you have helped us get where we are today. Our parents have been a huge help and support since we have been Married and especially in this move. We really love and appreciate you! Dad you are the best for Driving that truck all by yourself. You are my HERO!!! Well that's about it for now.
