Andrew and I have been trying to find this Mexican restaurant, Don Pablo's, my dad used to take us to when we went out of town(Utah doesn't have any). We have tried to find one for quite sometime now and the other day we drove past one so we decided to stop in for dinner. It was really great food, now it is not super authentic, it has a TEX MEX twist, but it is really yummy. They have this white blanco queso dip that they serve with freshly made tortillas, its AMAZING!!! They always have someone making fresh tortillas constantly. We both were boring and got Chimichangas, it is what we always get. (But there were really good too) Definitely has made it on my top 10 list. It was a great and pretty inexpensive place and you should try it sometime.
